October Report

The last Council meeting (f2f) was on 20th October August 2026.

Further discussion on presentations by Nicky on the 'Help for Smaller u3as' project took place. This covered proposals regarding new and satellite u3as. Also, shared interest groups proposals were also discussed.

Colin presented the proposals for measuring the 'Effectiveness of the Council' . Hopefully, these will be adopted giving a clearer idea of the work and achievements of the Council.

All Wales u3a meetings - the next one is on 2nd November and is on Zoom.

Quarterly Zoom meeting for all Wales u3as have been arranged along with Network Chairs / Secretaries meetings.

Workshops - A practical AI workshop is planned for the 14th December.
